Does anyone have a good source for diabetes friendly baking?

I’m looking for some great resources for diabetes-friendly baking! Once a month, I bring in baked goods to share, but one of the staff members has diabetes, so I like to make something special for them. However, I’m starting to feel a bit uninspired and don’t want to keep repeating the same recipes.

If anyone has tips or knows of websites with a variety of easy diabetes-friendly recipes, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
