Mary Berry’s no-bake cheesecake features a luscious white chocolate filling paired with a dark chocolate digestive base. Although I’m not an expert in desserts and only cook occasionally, I can definitely recommend this recipe! The most challenging part is melting the chocolate (you can totally use the microwave for a quick shortcut) and whisking together the cream and cheese.
For a sturdier base, try increasing the biscuits from 100g to 150g, and you might want to use a bit less than 100g of chocolate on top, as it can feel a touch overwhelming.
