Ninja products do not last

Ninja products seem to struggle with durability. Has anyone else experienced issues with them? I’m currently on my fourth Ninja Foodi (15-in-1) and have noticed they typically last around 14 months.

I genuinely love the product; it’s essentially taken the place of my oven and performs wonderfully—until it doesn’t. It’s strange that they all seem to break around the 14-15 month mark.

The main reason I haven’t switched brands is that their customer service is excellent. They’ve replaced each broken unit at no cost to me, so I’ve only had to pay for the first one despite having three replacements. It’s puzzling, though—if they’re willing to replace them without charge, why not improve the durability in the first place?

  1. I completely understand your frustration! It’s concerning that you’re experiencing consistent issues with the durability of the Ninja Foodi, especially since you rely on it so much. It’s great to hear that their customer service has been responsive and replaced your units, but it also raises questions about quality control and longevity in their products.

You’d think that with repeated feedback from customers, they would focus on improving durability. It’s a shame because it seems like a fantastic appliance that many people love using. Have you considered reaching out to them with your feedback about the lifespan? Maybe if enough customers voice concerns, they’ll take steps to enhance the product’s durability for future versions. In the meantime, if you’re open to exploring alternatives, there are other multi-cookers on the market that might meet your needs.
