Kitchen Renovation Adventure
Hello, everyone!
My wife and I are passionate about cooking, and we’re excited to embark on a complete kitchen renovation. This is our chance to include everything we’ve ever dreamed of, whether it’s practical or not! Our design approach prioritizes function over aesthetics, so performance is our main focus.
Planned Features Include:
– 18″ x 12″ indoor charcoal grill
– Single wok burner
– 30″ gas stove
Our Dilemma: Ventilation
From what we’ve gathered, we’ll need a ventilation system with a capacity of 3000-4000 CFM to effectively manage the heat and smoke produced by our planned setup.
Concerns We Have:
1. How can we ensure proper airflow throughout our home with such a powerful system?
2. What’s the best way to find a reliable company that can install an appropriate ventilation system for this setup?
3. Can we realistically manage this within our budget of $30,000 – $40,000 CAD?
We’d love to hear from anyone who has undertaken a similar project or has knowledge about high-CFM venting solutions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
