Title: Simple Ways to Elevate Everyday Cooking with Stocks
I’ve been experimenting with different stocks lately, and I’m really enjoying the rich flavors they add to my dishes—especially shellfish stock, which is absolutely divine! While I have a cookbook with some lengthy recipes that showcase the beauty of stocks, I’m looking for more straightforward ideas to incorporate them into my everyday cooking.
Should I simply add stock to every dish, as long as it complements the protein? I’m open to suggestions for using all types of stocks, so please share your tips! Thanks in advance!
Edit: Rephrased my question for clarity. Also, please disregard “fonds” in the title; it seems that term doesn’t translate as I thought it would in English.
