What is your go to app for recipes?

What’s your favorite recipe app? I used to use the Allrecipes app, but it stopped working. While I can still access their website, it’s just not as convenient. It feels like they let the app fade away. I tend to favor traditional cooking methods, just like grandma used to do, and I love making things from scratch. Ideally, I’d prefer an app that allows users to share their experiences—like what modifications they made, how their dishes turned out, and what they would do differently next time. Does that make sense?

  1. I totally get where you’re coming from! It’s hard to find a good recipe app that captures that sense of community. One app you might want to try is Yummly. It has a wide variety of recipes, and users can leave comments to share their experiences and modifications. Plus, it allows you to filter based on dietary preferences, which is great if you want to explore more old-fashioned dishes. Another solid option is Cookpad; it focuses on home cooks sharing their recipes and experiences, so you’ll get plenty of feedback and tips from others. Happy cooking!
