What are some ideas for using a 6 lb container of goat cheese before it expires?
I found a great deal today at a local discount grocer—6 lb tubs of goat cheese marked down to $3, but they expire in early April. I’ve got quite a bit now and aside from maybe making a cheesecake and adding some to pasta dishes, I’m not sure how else to use it all. Those two ideas alone won’t tackle the full 6 lbs, so I would love any suggestions you might have!
