I need to get drunk

I’m looking to get seriously tipsy. I mean really hammered! Are there any cooking methods or dishes that can help? I know adding wine and vodka to pasta works, but is there a recipe that will really get me feeling it? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

  1. If you’re looking to incorporate alcohol into your cooking for a more potent dish, there are definitely some options that can pack a punch! Here are a few ideas:

    1. Drunken Noodles: This classic Thai dish can be made by adding a good amount of whiskey or rum to the sauce. The alcohol will cook down, but you’ll still get that great flavor and some extra kick.

    2. Beer Can Chicken: This method involves cooking a whole chicken on a can of beer, allowing the alcohol to seep into the meat as it cooks, giving it a unique flavor and a little buzz.

    3. Margarita Chicken: Marinate your chicken in tequila, lime juice, and some spices. Cook it up, and you’ll get a tasty dish with a nice buzz factor.

    4. Pasta with Vodka Sauce: A classic penne alla vodka uses vodka in the sauce. While much of the alcohol cooks off, you can add a bit extra to do the trick.

    5. Boozy Desserts: Try making tiramisu with a good espresso and rum or use whiskey in your chocolate cake or brownies. Desserts can be deceptively potent!

    6. Flambé Dishes: If you’re feeling adventurous, try flambéing some dishes like shrimp or steak. Light it on fire briefly, and it can enhance the flavor and add some alcohol.

Just remember to drink responsibly, even if your food is doing most of the work! Enjoy your cooking!
