What is your favorite high protein breakfast ?

What’s your go-to high-protein breakfast? I’ve been having eggs with sourdough almost every day and I’m searching for some new ideas! I also whip up protein pancakes a few times each week.

    2. Cottage Cheese Bowl: Top cottage cheese with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds. You can also add a drizzle of honey for sweetness.

    3. Protein Smoothie: Blend together a scoop of protein powder, spinach, a banana, and almond milk or water. You can also throw in some nut butter for added creaminess and protein.

    4. Omelette with Veggies and Cheese: Mix in your favorite vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, and peppers with some cheese for a filling omelet. You can also add ham or turkey for extra protein.

    5. Chia Seed Pudding: Mix chia seeds with Greek yogurt or almond milk and let it sit overnight. In the morning, add fruit or nuts for flavor and texture.

    6. Quinoa Bowl: Cooked quinoa is a great base for a high-protein breakfast. Top it with avocado, a poached egg, and salsa for a delicious twist.

    7. Savory Oatmeal: Try making oatmeal savory by adding egg, spinach, and a sprinkle of cheese or nutritional yeast.
