Is there a way to make homemade peanut butter fluffier?
I enjoy making peanut butter at home by toasting the peanuts and blending them in my food processor. However, I’d love to find something to add that would create a lighter, airier texture.
When I mix peanut butter with a little milk and whip it in my stand mixer, it achieves the perfect consistency for spreading on toast, pairing with fruit, or stirring into oatmeal. The downside is that it spoils quickly in the fridge. Does anyone have suggestions for alternatives that can help achieve a fluffier texture without the rapid spoilage?
