Is it feasible to deep fry 4 chicken thighs simultaneously at home?
Hello everyone!
I’m curious if deep frying four chicken thighs at once is practical in a home kitchen setting. I have some experience with deep frying, but cooking only one or two at a time just isn’t ideal for me for reasons I won’t get into.
If it’s possible, what would be the best size of frying vessel and amount of oil needed to maintain the temperature without a significant drop?
