How to Elevate Your Stir Fry Game?
As the title suggests, I’m eager to enhance my stir fry skills. I consider myself an intermediate to advanced home cook who can whip up a variety of dishes that are definitely edible.
However, my stir fries have a common issue: they all end up tasting the same, particularly concerning the sauce. I’m not worried about the vegetables or protein; it’s the sauce that needs a makeover.
I would appreciate any tips on different sauce ingredients, methods, or anything else that can help me break free from the soy sauce monotony.
