Slow Cooker Guinness Chili Con Carne
Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well.
Next Saturday, I’m hosting the in-laws, and they’ve requested chili. While I usually don’t go out of my way to impress, I’d love to make this one unforgettable.
I’m planning to whip up a slow cooker chili using Guinness, cooking it for about 12 hours or overnight.
If anyone has any “secret ingredients” that could elevate the dish, I’d really appreciate your suggestions!
Here’s what I have in mind for the recipe so far:
– Beef mince
– Pork mince
– A generous amount of garlic
– Oregano
– Cumin
– Paprika
– High-quality canned tomatoes
– Onions
– Chilies
– Salt & Pepper
