Looking for a substitute for Kellogg’s Corn Flakes! I’m currently on a health journey and have developed a real love for cornflakes. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of the generic brands from Walmart or HEB. Does anyone know of a healthier, lower-sugar option that offers a similar taste and texture? I’d really appreciate your suggestions! Thanks!

It’s great to hear you’re on a health journey! If you’re looking for a healthier alternative to Kellogg’s corn flakes that still offers a similar taste and texture, you might want to try:
-
Nature’s Path Organic Corn Flakes – These are made from organic corn and have no added sugar, giving you that classic cornflake crunch without the extra sweetness.
-
Erewhon Organic Corn Flakes – Another organic option, these flakes are gluten-free and have no added sugars, while still maintaining that satisfying crispy texture.
-
Quaker Oats Corn Crunch Cereal – This cereal has a similar texture to corn flakes but may have a bit more flavor and crunch.
-
alternative Grains Cereals – Many brands like Barbara’s offer corn flakes made from non-GMO corn with lower sugar options.
You can also consider making your own corn flakes at home by toasting cornmeal or using puffed corn with minimal sweetening. Enjoy your journey, and happy snacking!
