Mixing Cooked Meat?
I just had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and have been sticking to a pate-like liquid diet. At a birthday party tonight, my family received some leftover meat. While I couldn’t eat any, the aroma was irresistible, and I could tell it was really juicy. I’m not picky about the appearance of food, so I’m wondering if it would be a waste to try blending the beef into a pate?

Blending cooked meat into a pâté-like consistency can actually be a great idea! As long as the meat is cooked thoroughly and safe to eat, blending it with some broth or a little bit of liquid (like gravy or even a bit of cream) can yield a flavorful and smooth paste that’s easy to consume post-surgery. Just make sure to blend it well so there are no chunks that could irritate your gums. You might also want to add seasonings or vegetables like cooked carrots to enhance the flavor. Just take it slow, and enjoy that delicious smell in a way that works with your current diet!
