My partner whipped this up using leftovers from our Sunday roast. He doesn’t cook often, so he felt really proud of his creation! 🙂

    That sounds delicious! Bubble and Squeak is such a clever way to use leftovers, and it’s great to hear your partner took the initiative to cook! HP sauce adds such a nice tangy flavor too. What ingredients did he use in the dish? It’s always nice to see someone step out of their comfort zone in the kitchen!
