Butter chicken and tikka masala: are they really that different, or are people just debating semantics?
From what I’ve gathered, the main difference lies in the amount of tomato—tikka masala typically has a little more (just a spoonful or two) than butter chicken. But honestly, that doesn’t seem like enough to justify calling them distinct dishes. It feels more like a matter of flavor preference than anything else!
