Can I freeze cooked homemade wedges?

I made fajitas and baked some potato wedges tonight, but I ended up making too many. Can I freeze the leftover wedges for later?

I simply cut the potatoes into wedges, seasoned them with salt, pepper, and paprika, added a bit of oil, and air-fried them for 25 minutes.

  1. Yes, you can definitely freeze cooked homemade wedges! Just make sure to let them cool completely before putting them in an airtight container or freezer bag. It’s best to separate them with parchment paper if you’re stacking them, so they don’t stick together. When you’re ready to eat them, you can reheat them in the oven or air fryer to get them crispy again. Enjoy your fajitas and wedges later on!
