Canadian twist on bangers and mash!
Served with a side of mushrooms and caramelized onions. I probably shouldn’t have spent so long on the onions, considering I have exams to study for. Also, my black pepper bottle cap came off, so the gravy ended up a bit heavy on the pepper. But overall, I’d rate it an 8/10!
