Corn conversion question!
I’m planning to make a Mexican street corn recipe that requires 6 ears of corn. How much corn off the cob would I need to use as a substitute?

To convert ears of corn to corn off the cob, a general rule of thumb is that one ear of corn yields about 1 cup of corn kernels. Therefore, if your recipe calls for 6 ears of corn, you would need about 6 cups of corn off the cob. Make sure to adjust based on your preference and the size of the ears! Enjoy your Mexican street corn!
