Dinner Inspiration: Roasting Carrots, Parsnips, and Peppers
I’m excited to experiment with parsnips and was thinking about roasting them alongside carrots and peppers, such as poblano and jalapeños. I’d love to add some chicken breasts to the meal (though I won’t be roasting them). I also have an air fryer at my disposal and would appreciate any tips or recipes you might have!
