I’m in need of some recommendations for a food processor. I received a Ninja model as a gift last Christmas, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. When I tried to shred carrots and cabbage, food got trapped between the seal, making it impossible to clean properly.

I’m primarily looking for a processor to help prep vegetables for salads and soups, and it would be a bonus if it can also handle dough-making. The Ninja I had was a 12-cup model, which turned out to be too large for my needs.
