Green potluck food

Green Potluck Ideas

We’re excited to host a green-themed potluck at the office for St. Patrick’s Day (just to clarify, it’s not an Irish food theme). We usually see a lot of desserts, so I’m looking for some hearty, green-themed dishes that would be perfect for a potluck. Keep in mind that we don’t have an oven at work, but we do have access to crockpots, microwaves, and insulated bags. What are some filling options you recommend?
