  1. Sure! Here are a few Mexican food ideas you can make with chicken and steak for one person:

    1. Chicken Tacos: Season the chicken with taco spices (like cumin, paprika, and chili powder) and cook it in a skillet. Serve it in corn or flour tortillas with toppings like diced onions, cilantro, avocado, and salsa.

    2. Steak Fajitas: Slice your steak into strips and sauté it with bell peppers and onions. Serve with warm tortillas, guacamole, and sour cream.

    3. Chicken Enchiladas: Shred the chicken and mix it with cheese and your favorite sauce. Roll it in tortillas, top with more sauce and cheese, and bake until bubbly.

    4. Steak Burrito Bowl: Chop the steak and layer it over rice (or cauliflower rice) in a bowl. Add black beans, corn, pico de gallo, avocado, and cheese.

    5. Chicken Quesadillas: Fill tortillas with shredded chicken, cheese, and any other fillings you like (such as beans or peppers). Cook on a skillet until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden. Serve with salsa or guacamole.

    6. Steak Tostadas: Crisp up corn tortillas and top them with refried beans, shredded steak, lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and a drizzle of crema.

    7. Chicken or Steak Tortilla Soup: Make a flavorful broth with tomatoes, broth, and spices. Add shredded chicken or beef, corn, and beans. Serve with tortilla strips and avocado.

Choose one or mix and match a couple of these ideas for a delicious weekend! Enjoy your cooking!
