Cooking Marinated Chicken: Tips Needed!
I enjoy purchasing pre-marinated chicken, but I’m unsure how to prepare it without sacrificing its delicious flavor. Should I pan-fry it or bake it? I saw a video suggesting that I should dry the chicken first, but that seems counterproductive since I’d lose the marinade on the paper towel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m an excellent baker, but cooking is where I struggle, haha!
