I enjoy purchasing pre-marinated chicken, but I’m unsure how to prepare it without sacrificing its delicious flavor. Should I pan-fry it or bake it? I saw a video suggesting that I should dry the chicken first, but that seems counterproductive since I’d lose the marinade on the paper towel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
