Looking for durable cookware for my husband!

My partner and I recently started living together in our 50s, and he has a habit of cooking everything on high heat. Despite burning his food for years (and actually enjoying it that way), my Heritage Rock cookware is taking a hit. While the ideal solution would be for him to learn proper cooking techniques—something I’ve been attempting for over two years—he’s not the most receptive student.

I’d love to hear any recommendations for husband-proof cookware that can withstand his high-heat cooking style!
