I have an overwhelming stash of cheese and I could really use some help! Here’s what I’ve got:
- Brie
- Spicy Cheddar with truffle infusion
- Parmesan
- Camembert
- Comté
It’s a delightful mix of both soft and hard cheeses, all from cows, ranging from white to yellow.
I’ve been enjoying a cheese platter daily, which I absolutely love, but I’m starting to feel a bit bored. What can I cook with this incredible cheese variety?
