I need dips!

I could really use some dip suggestions!

I’ve always had a tough time gaining weight. At one point, I was 5’11” and weighed just 120 pounds—literally, soaking wet! After undergoing a colonoscopy and endoscopy, the doctors simply advised me to eat more (thanks for that gem, right?).

Fortunately, I’ve discovered ways to increase my calorie intake, and dips have been a game changer for me. I’m a huge fan of ranch, blue cheese, tzatziki, hummus* (though I lean toward the creamier versions), za’atar, and French onion dip.

I’d love to hear more dip ideas, especially if they’re creamy!

*I’ve tried very authentic hummus, but it’s a bit too bean-heavy for my taste. I’m not a fan of beans, but I can tolerate them in super processed forms at times.
