I need dips!

I’m on the hunt for dips!

For a long time, I struggled with weight gain. I remember being 5’11” and barely weighing 120 pounds! After going through a colonoscopy and endoscopy, the advice I got was simply to eat more—not exactly groundbreaking.

Thankfully, I’ve discovered some strategies to increase my calorie intake, and dips have been a real lifesaver for me. I’m a huge fan of ranch, blue cheese, tzatziki, hummus*, za’atar, and French onion dip.

I’d love to hear your suggestions for more dips, especially if they have a creamy texture!

*Just a note: I’ve tried authentic hummus, and it’s a bit too bean-heavy for my taste. I’m not a fan of beans, although I can handle highly processed versions on occasion.
