I’ve always enjoyed hot wings, but since I have a sensitivity to chicken, they’ve become off-limits for me. Although I can eat chicken, the aftermath isn’t worth it, so I’m looking for alternatives.
I’m curious about which proteins and cuts might mimic the flavor and texture of chicken wings. I’m thinking pork could be a good substitute, and maybe turkey too. Any recommendations or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
