Idiot Proof Lions Mane Recipe.

Easy Lion’s Mane Recipe for One

I picked up a package of lion’s mane mushrooms on Saturday and want to use them before they go bad. What are your favorite quick recipes for a single serving?

I’m looking for something I can whip up in under 45 minutes. I also have some sliced baby bella mushrooms that I could add in.

By the way, I’ll be using a stainless steel pan. Any suggestions?

  1. Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for a Lion’s Mane and Baby Bella Mushroom Stir-Fry that you can whip up in under 45 minutes!

Lion’s Mane and Baby Bella Mushroom Stir-Fry

    Ingredients:
    – 1 package of Lion’s Mane mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    – 1 cup of sliced baby bella mushrooms
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
    – 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
    – Salt and pepper, to taste
    – Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish (optional)
    – Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Ingredients: Clean and slice the Lion’s Mane and baby bella mushrooms. Set aside.

    2. Heat the Pan: Place your stainless steel pan over medium heat and add the olive oil (or butter). Allow it to heat up for about a minute.

    3. Cook the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.

    4. Add the Mushrooms: Toss in the sliced Lion’s Mane and baby bella mushrooms. Stir well to coat them in oil and garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and starting to brown.

    5. Season: Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil (if using). Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    6. Serve: Spoon the mushroom stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with fresh herbs if you have them on hand.

Enjoy your quick and tasty meal! Feel free to customize it with any other veggies you have on hand or add some protein like tofu or chicken if you’d like.
