Is it a smart move to invest in a single induction burner for extra cooking space? Currently, we have an electric oven range, but we frequently find ourselves short on space when preparing larger meals since we can only fit two big pans on the stovetop at a time.
Would adding a standalone induction burner be a practical solution? If so, what features should I consider when shopping for one?
