Is there a way to make homemade peanut butter fluffier?
I enjoy making peanut butter at home by toasting peanuts and blending them in a food processor. However, I’m looking for some ingredient that could create a lighter, airier texture.
I’ve found that mixing peanut butter with a bit of milk and using a stand mixer gives it a fantastic texture for spreading on toast or pairing with fruit and oatmeal. The downside is that this mixture spoils quickly in the fridge. So, I’m curious if there’s something I can add to the peanut butter to achieve that light texture without worrying about spoilage as quickly. Any suggestions?
