KOENIC Induction cooking plate question

Question about KOENIC Induction Cooking Plate

Hi everyone, I need some help with my KOENIC stove.

Whenever I lift the pan off, it starts beeping incessantly. Is there a way to completely mute the sound?

I couldn’t find any information in the manual I found online. Thanks!

One response to “KOENIC Induction cooking plate question”

  1. It sounds like your KOENIC induction cooktop’s beeping is related to its safety features, which are designed to alert you when a pan is removed to avoid overheating or accidents. Unfortunately, many induction cooktops don’t have an option to completely disable the beeping.

Here are a few suggestions you might try:

    1. Check the Manual Again: Sometimes, the options for sounds or alerts can be buried in different sections. Look for settings related to “sound,” “alerts,” or “audible signals.”

    2. Contact KOENIC Customer Support: They may provide a definitive answer on whether the beeping can be disabled and how to do it.

    3. Use Compatible Cookware: Ensure you’re using cookware that is compatible with induction cooking; if it’s not, the cooktop may beep since it doesn’t recognize the pan.

    4. Try Alternate Operating Methods: When you need to move or lift the pan, you might try turning off the cooktop momentarily before doing so.

If none of these options work, reaching out to KOENIC directly will likely get you the best response regarding your specific model. Good luck!
