Seeking Mild Fish Recipes
I really don’t like fish. The only exception is canned tuna, and even then, that’s pushing it. I recently had a body composition analysis at my new gym, and let’s just say, I need to shed some of this visceral fat if I want to stick around. Our household is all about red meat, mainly because my husband grew up on a cattle farm.
I’m on the lookout for some recipes that use mild-flavored fish and can mask that fishy taste—especially since I’ll need my husband to try them too (he’s on the same health journey as I am). I can handle clam chowder (New England style only) and have had fresh, cooked mussels before, but our meals usually revolve around ground beef and chicken a couple of times a week.
In short: We’re not fish enthusiasts, but I need suggestions for super mild fish dishes I can make for myself. Any ideas? 😊
