    I’m excited to share and see what everyone else has been up to!

    • Exercise: Lately, I’ve been focusing on strength training three times a week, mixing in some cardio with running and cycling on alternate days. I’ve also been integrating yoga sessions to improve my flexibility and mindfulness.

    • Goals for Next Month: My main goal is to increase my squats and deadlifts by 10%. I’m also aiming to add one more day of yoga per week to enhance my recovery and mental well-being.

    • Last Month’s Goals: I successfully achieved my goal of running a 5K without stopping! I think my structured training plan and sticking to it really made a difference. However, I didn’t quite get to my target weight for my lifts; I felt fatigued some days, which slowed me down. Going forward, I’ll focus on nutrition and rest to support my workouts better.

    • Tips for Others: One tip I swear by is keeping a workout journal. It’s great for tracking progress and staying motivated. Also, don’t hesitate to mix things up to keep your routine exciting!

    • Wellness/Pampering Regimen: I’ve started practicing meditation every morning for 10 minutes. It’s been a game changer for my focus and stress levels. I also treat myself to a hot bath with essential oils at least once a week.

    • Healthy Recipes: I tried a quinoa salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans, and a lime vinaigrette last week—so fresh and delicious! I’ll definitely be making it again.
