Including Potatoes in Your Diet
I’ve been following a high-protein, low-carb diet to help with weight loss, and I’ve been advised to avoid starchy foods. However, I really enjoy potatoes.
I’ve come across information suggesting that boiled or mashed potatoes can be acceptable, while fried versions should be avoided.
I’m curious to know if anyone else includes potatoes in their meals while on a diet. Any tips or advice would be appreciated!
