Looking for Recommendations on Heat-Resistant Sleeves

Having worked in several kitchens, I’ve unfortunately become skilled at burning my arms! A former supervisor of mine had some protective sleeves that covered from above the elbow to the wrist, but I can’t recall the brand.

I’ve come across a few options online, but I wanted to see if anyone has a favorite brand they trust or suggestions for stores where I can try them on in person.
