Roast from yesterday

Yesterday’s roast dinner featured succulent roast chicken accompanied by sage and onion stuffing. It was served with mashed swede, steamed broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and roasted carrots, all paired with crispy roast potatoes drizzled with a hint of mustard and pepper, plus homemade Yorkshire puddings.
