Rotisserie Shawarma Air Fryer?

Air Fryer Rotisserie Shawarma?

I wonder how effective this would be unless you frequently take it out to slice off the exterior, then put it back in and repeat the process. Am I on the right track?

  1. You bring up a valid point! Cooking shawarma in an air fryer can definitely be a bit tricky since it traditionally requires even cooking and that signature crispy outside. While some air fryers have rotisserie functions that help cook evenly, you may still need to stop and check on it periodically. Slicing down the outside to expose the tender layers inside can definitely enhance the cooking process and ensure you get that perfect texture! If you’re up for it, it can be a fun experiment! Just be sure to keep an eye on the cooking time to prevent overcooking. Have you tried making shawarma in an air fryer before?
