Oven-baked Southern BBQ-style chicken, anyone? A couple of months ago, I visited Nashville and tried one of the most incredible BBQ platters ever. It featured a ridiculously juicy, tender chicken leg that practically fell off the bone, seasoned with a delicious dry rub. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to recreate that masterpiece in my tiny NYC apartment (no smoker or grill here!). But every recipe I find online either leads to slow-roasted chicken or BBQ sauce versions, which isn’t quite what I’m after. If anyone has tips or can point me to the right recipe, I’d really appreciate it!
