Squid and Rice Flour Recipe Help
Hi everyone! I have some frozen squid that I need to cook before I move, and I really enjoy calamari and takoyaki. However, I can’t have wheat flour due to medical reasons. I have squid on hand as well as rice flour, cassava flour, psyllium, and rice wraps for spring rolls.
I’m looking for a way to prepare the squid without the usual breading, ideally through steaming or another method. I know there are gluten-free breading options, but they can be quite labor-intensive, and I can’t stand for long periods. Any suggestions? Thanks!
