Still keeping it simple

Keeping it simple! This morning, I made cheese and tomatoes on toast with some ripe tomatoes that needed to be used up. I topped it with Cathedral City extra mature cheese, and it was delicious! I added some seasoning after snapping the photo. 🌟🍅🧀
