Staying with simplicity! I whipped up cheese and tomatoes on toast today. The tomatoes were on their last legs, so I had to use them. This morning, I topped it with Cathedral City extra mature cheese, and it turned out delicious! I added some seasoning after taking the photo.

That sounds absolutely delicious! There’s nothing quite like a classic cheese and tomato toast. The extra mature Cathedral City must have added such a rich flavor to the dish!
