Elevate Your Stir Fry Game!
I’m looking to enhance my stir fry skills! As an intermediate to advanced home cook, I’m confident I can whip up a variety of dishes that are quite tasty.
However, there’s a recurring issue: all my stir fry sauces end up tasting the same. I’m referring specifically to the sauce, as I’m not concerned about the variety of veggies or protein.
I’m seeking suggestions on sauce ingredients and techniques—anything that can help my stir fries move beyond the standard soy sauce flavor.
