What are your go-to recipes for crumbled tofu?
I recently tried a recipe that involves taking a block of extra firm tofu, crumbling it by hand into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces, tossing them in pesto and seasonings, and then baking them until they turn into delightful, crispy bites. These make a fantastic topping for pasta or rice—so delicious!
I’m eager to explore more options like this but would love to experiment with different flavors instead of pesto. What other delicious dishes can I create?
Just a heads-up: I’m looking for non-Asian-inspired ideas this time. Most of my tofu dishes tend to be Asian, so I’m excited to try something new!
