What can I make with spring roll filling, other than spring rolls?

What are some creative uses for spring roll filling besides making spring rolls? I ended up with an excess of filling made from chicken breast, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and a bit too much soy sauce for my liking. I’m looking to use it up without having to eat the same dish repeatedly.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I’ve received a ton of fantastic ideas from the comments! Thank you all!

  1. There are plenty of delicious ways to use your spring roll filling beyond just making spring rolls! Here are a few ideas:

    1. Stir-Fry: You can quickly stir-fry the filling with some additional vegetables and serve it over rice or noodles for a hearty meal.

    2. Soup: Add the filling to a broth-based soup, like ramen or pho. It will add flavor and protein to the dish.

    3. Fried Rice: Incorporate the filling into fried rice. Just sauté it with cooked rice and some beaten eggs for a quick and tasty dish.

    4. Stuffed Peppers or Zucchini: Use the filling to stuff halved bell peppers or zucchinis, then bake them until tender.

    5. Egg Rolls or Dumplings: If you have egg roll wrappers or dumpling skins, you can make those instead of spring rolls.

    6. Savory Crepes: Use the filling to create savory crepes. Just fill the crepe with the mixture, fold it, and heat it up.

    7. Quiche or Frittata: Incorporate the filling into a quiche or frittata for a protein-rich breakfast or brunch option.

    8. Taco Filling: Use the spring roll filling as a filling for tacos, adding your favorite toppings like salsa or avocado.

Feel free to mix and match, and adjust the seasonings to your taste. Enjoy experimenting!
