What are a few dishes that bring back memories of home for you?

I’m from Northwestern Canada, and I’ve noticed that many folks from the East Coast enjoy what they refer to as Jiggs dinner. It typically features split peas, brined beef, dressing (a variation of stuffing), chicken, and potatoes—essentially, it’s a Thanksgiving spread with some unique additions.

Then there’s Kraft Dinner—just add some Tabasco, and I’m all in!

And of course, there’s the classic “everything but the kitchen sink” stew, which is a two-pot meal that simmers for six hours.
