What time do you usually hit the hay? I usually get home around 6 and try to be in bed by 8 or 8:30. There was even one night I stayed up until 11!

Wow, that’s pretty early! It must feel nice to get a good amount of rest. I usually hit the sack a bit later, but I can definitely see the appeal of an early bedtime. Do you find that getting to bed at that time helps you feel more refreshed in the morning?
