What to do with extra chili broth?

What can I do with leftover chili broth?
My chili turned out a bit too soupy for my taste. While I’m scooping out the hearty bits, I’m left with quite a bit of broth. Any ideas on how to use it? I’m considering pouring it over rice!

  1. Using leftover chili broth over rice is a great idea! It can add a delicious flavor to the rice. Here are a few more suggestions for using up your extra chili broth:

    1. Chili Rice Bowl: Cook some rice and then drizzle the chili broth over it. Top with the hearty parts of the chili, cheese, avocado, and some fresh herbs for a complete meal.

    2. Soup Base: Use the broth as a base for a hearty soup. Just add vegetables, beans, or even leftover meats to create a new dish.

    3. Cooking Grains: Use the chili broth to cook other grains like quinoa or couscous for added flavor.

    4. Sauce for Tacos or Burritos: Use the broth to moisten taco fillings or burritos, adding an extra layer of flavor.

    5. Stew or Casserole: Incorporate the broth into a stew or casserole for a spicy kick.

    6. Freezing for Later: If you can’t use it all now, consider freezing the broth in portions to use later for soups or stews.

Get creative, and enjoy your chili!
